To that end, we are pleased to offer our standard seven-year warranty on labor and materials, for interior and exterior home painting, if we are allowed to use our typical recommended materials. The material warranty goes into effect immediately after payment in full and ends after the contracted term of warranty as specified in your contract from the date of substantial completion. If no date is specified, the default date is two years on materials and five years on workmanship.
